3. AI Processing & Third Parties
Treble leverages advanced AI technologies to generate music. This requires sharing specific inputs with third-party providers:
When you generate a song or refine lyrics, your text inputs are sent to Google's AI servers. This data is used solely to generate the requested audio and text content.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchases.
- Apple App Store: All payments are processed through Apple's secure payment system.
4. On-Device OCR Privacy
Treble includes a feature to extract text from images (OCR). We prioritize your privacy here:
All image scanning and text extraction is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your user-generated content (songs and lyrics) as long as you keep the app installed or until you choose to delete them. You can delete individual songs from your library at any time.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Since we do not require account registration, most data is stored locally on your device or linked to your anonymous App Store ID.

Treble is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
